Replacement Cartridge Kits

GESPASA replacement cartridge kits: the key to an efficient, durable and safe filtration system

GESPASA offers complete kits of original filtering elements compatible with its microfilter range, designed to maintain initial performance without the need to replace the entire unit.
The replacement filters are specific to diesel, petrol or biodiesel, and allow quick replacement thanks to easy-to-handle threaded closures.
Key benefit: They guarantee long-term system efficiency, reduce maintenance times and maintain optimum flow without compromising fuel quality.

In any fuel supply system for diesel, petrol or biodiesel, filtration is a critical and essential component.
It is not only about preventing impurities from entering, but about guaranteeing the protection of every element in the hydraulic system: pumps, meters, dispensers, valves and, ultimately, the engines that use that fuel.
Effective filtration is synonymous with operational efficiency, technical durability and safety at every refuelling operation.

GESPASA filtering cartridge spare kits have been specifically designed to maintain the original performance of the FG 150, FG 300, FG 450 and FG 1000 filters, without needing to replace the whole unit.
Thanks to their accessible threaded design, these kits allow fast and simple replacement, significantly reducing maintenance times and avoiding costly downtime in logistics or industrial operations.

Maximum compatibility and guaranteed performance
Each GESPASA spare kit includes an original filtering element manufactured from high-resistance materials, designed to withstand the effects of diesel, petrol or biodiesel.
With a filtration rating of 50 microns, these cartridges retain solid particles, oxides and residue from storage or transport, preventing them from entering the pumping system.

The dimensional precision and perfect fit ensure that the cartridge is correctly installed inside the filter body, maintaining the nominal flow rate (150, 300, 450 or 1000 l/min depending on the model) without creating pressure losses or internal turbulence.
This results in a constant flow, without fluctuations that could affect the operation of the connected equipment.

Active system protection
The use of high-quality original spares is decisive in preserving the service life of pumps and meters, especially in installations operating intensively, such as private refuelling stations, agricultural operations, logistics fleets or distribution plants.
Poor filtration can lead to particle build-up in valves, damage metering mechanisms or even cause major failures in engines and machinery.

GESPASA cartridges not only protect these components, but also contribute directly to reducing the system's energy consumption (thanks to lower resistance to the passage of the fluid) and to improving metering reliability, which is essential when it comes to recording consumption, allocating costs or auditing operations.

Operational efficiency and simplified maintenance
Periodic replacement of the filtering cartridge is part of smart preventive maintenance.
Instead of changing the whole filter, it is enough to replace the inner cartridge, which represents a significant cost saving in the long term and a more sustainable way to keep installations in perfect condition.

Thanks to the threaded closure system, the replacement process is fast, clean and does not require special tools or advanced knowledge.
This allows operators to carry out the task independently, minimising stoppages and maximising system availability.

Fuel quality = energy efficiency
The quality of the supplied fuel directly affects the performance and longevity of engines.
A clean fuel, free of impurities, not only improves combustion, but also reduces wear on injectors, secondary filters, combustion chambers and after-treatment systems.
That is why filters and their spares act as a preventive technical investment that reduces future costs in mechanical maintenance.

In addition, in contexts where biofuels such as biodiesel are handled, which are more sensitive to degradation and particle carry-over, the role of the filter becomes even more relevant.
GESPASA has developed its spare kits using materials compatible with this type of fluid, ensuring their integrity and performance.

The GESPASA FG range offers a comprehensive filtration solution for fuels and aqueous fluids, covering everything from petrol and diesel to biodiesel blends and AdBlue®. Under the “GESPASA FG: fuel and AdBlue® filters” approach, the catalogue includes micron ratings and filter media specific to each application, with water-absorbing options, high-efficiency fibreglass and stainless steel mesh for pre-filtration.

Models FG-70 to FG-1000 allow filtration to be configured according to chemical compatibility and the treatment objective: removal of fine particles, absorption of free water or hydrophobic separation. In the FG-300/FG-450 assemblies and the parallel FG-700/FG-1000 units, cartridges range from 2.5 µm (fibreglass with β≥1000) to 100/200 µm mesh for initial stages, including 3/5/15 µm absorbent elements (β≥1000) and the recommended 50 µm non-absorbent cartridge for biodiesel. For applications with AdBlue® and aqueous fluids, FG-100BLUE ensures dedicated compatibility with a 25 µm rating, preventing cross-contamination with fuel cartridges.

This modular architecture offers clear advantages over monolithic solutions: precise cartridge selection according to fuel (petrol, diesel, ULSD, BIO up to B20) and function (water absorption, impact, pre-filtration or high efficiency), operational continuity thanks to twin-element parallel units, and easy maintenance through standardised spares. Sectors such as agriculture, public works, fleets, logistics, internal service stations, workshops and industrial fluid processing benefit from consistent, adaptable and safe filtration.

In short, GESPASA FG-70 to FG-1000: 2.5–200 µm cartridges and FG-100BLUE and FG-300/450: filtration for BIO and water make up a versatile range designed to ensure supply quality, protect pumps and meters, and extend the service life of equipment.

Technical specifications
FG-70 — 10 µm (water absorbent). Suitable for petrol, diesel, blended biodiesel up to B20 and ULSD.
FG-100 — Spares: 5 µm for diesel and petrol (also available in a 5 µm version with Viton seals for more aggressive fuels); 25 µm for biodiesel. (The 5 µm separator is hydrophobic; the BLUE line is the specific range for AdBlue®/water).
FG-150 — Spares: 5 µm (diesel/petrol), 25 µm (BIO/biodiesel) and 15 µm water absorbent. Biodiesel compatibility requires the BIO cartridge (25 µm).
FG-300 / FG-450 — Wide range of cartridges: 2.5 µm (fibreglass, β≥1000), 3/5/15 µm absorbent (β≥1000), 50 µm impact (non-absorbent) and 100/200 µm stainless steel mesh for pre-filtration. For biodiesel, the non-absorbent 50 µm cartridge is recommended.
FG-700 / FG-1000 — Twin-element parallel units (FG-300 or FG-450); they use the same spares and micron ratings as FG-300/450. For biodiesel, 50 µm non-absorbent option.
FG-100BLUE (AdBlue®/water) — Specific for AdBlue®, antifreeze, windscreen washer fluid, water and other aqueous fluids; 25 µm. (Do not use fuel cartridges for AdBlue®).
FGC-150: for FG 150 filters · Max. flow 150 l/min
FGC-300: for FG 300 filters · Max. flow 300 l/min
FGC-450: for FG 450 filters · Max. flow 450 l/min

GESPASA replacement cartridge kits are not simply spares: they are strategic components for the correct operation of the entire supply installation.
Their quality, precision and ease of use turn filtration system maintenance into a fast, reliable and cost-effective process.

Incorporating these spares into regular maintenance not only prevents failures, but also protects the investment made in pumps, meters, dispensers and engines.
In an industrial environment where time, efficiency and reliability are critical, choosing original GESPASA cartridges is synonymous with technical quality and operational peace of mind.
