Microfilters and filtering spare parts
GESPASA develops advanced filters that ensure fuel cleanliness and the
protection of pumps, meters and control equipment, thanks to the
effective removal of impurities, water and bacteria.
Their robust construction and high efficiency make them an ideal solution
for both fixed and mobile installations where consistent quality is required in
the supply.
High-efficiency microfilters
The FG 100 is a 5 µm microfilter especially suitable for diesel,
petrol, kerosene and AVGAS/Jet A-1.
It combines performance and operational visibility by integrating water-repellent filtering paper in an
aluminium housing with a transparent body, making quick visual inspection of the
element condition easier.
Its separation capacity removes up to 93 % of the water present in the fluid,
ensuring a clean supply even in demanding conditions.
The filter works with flow rates of up to 105 l/min, supports maximum pressures of
5 bar and temperatures between −10 °C and +50 °C.
In addition, it incorporates a drain valve for sediment drainage, simplifying
maintenance without the need to interrupt the system.
The FG 300 and FG 450 models are designed for staged filtration within
high-efficiency microfiltration systems, suitable for diesel and liquid fuels
in general, providing greater safety and quality in the
cleaning process.
Although no specific datasheets are available for FG 150 and FG 1000, both are part of the same
range, with progressive filtration capacities and housings adapted to different flow rates and to
demanding operating environments.
Recommended applications
As intermediate protection in storage plants, supply logistics operations or in
upstream connections to pumps and meters, to ensure fluid preservation and maintain the
integrity of downstream equipment.
