Industrial pump dispensers
Industrial pump dispensers – STE 80, STE 80 DOUBLE, SGE models
GESPASA STE industrial pump dispenser range
Maximum reliability and high flow rates for demanding industrial environments
GESPASA STE industrial pump dispensers are designed for the transfer and
supply of fuels in large volumes, offering a combination of robustness,
high flow rates and metering accuracy.
Their design is intended for companies requiring fast, safe and controlled refuelling,
such as heavy transport fleets, logistics facilities, agricultural cooperatives,
public works and industries with intensive fuel consumption.
General features of the STE range
• Available flow rates: versions of 80, 100, 150 and up to 200 L/min, depending on the model.
• Accurate metering: ±0.5 %, by means of high-performance electronic oval gear meters.
• Robust construction: reinforced metal cabinet to withstand intensive indoor and outdoor use.
• Advanced management: integration with user and vehicle control, data storage and connection to management software.
• Operational safety: automatic shut-off nozzle, safety valves, certified hoses and high-quality components.
• Fluid compatibility: diesel, biodiesel and other non-corrosive hydrocarbons.
Typical models
• STE-80: up to 80 L/min, for medium-sized fleets or agricultural cooperatives.
• STE-100: up to 100 L/min, recommended for workshops, public works or large fleets.
• SGE up to 500 L/min respectively, designed for
industrial environments with high-volume refuelling and the need for maximum speed.
Advantages of STE pump dispensers
• High flow rate and speed in every refuelling operation, optimising vehicle downtime.
• Control and traceability through advanced electronic management.
• Durability and reliability in demanding conditions, with high-strength components.
• Versatile installation on fixed tanks or internal service stations.
• Reduced maintenance thanks to its robust design and quality materials.
Recommended applications
• Transport and logistics fleets needing fast and safe refuelling.
• Agricultural and livestock cooperatives with shared fuel use.
• Public works and construction with heavy machinery.
• Industries with intensive fuel consumption and their own tanks.
Industrial pump dispensers in the GESPASA STE range are designed to meet the
demands of professional environments with high operating intensity, such as industrial plants,
logistics centres, heavy-duty workshops or facilities with a high
volume of fuel transactions.
Each unit incorporates a self-priming vane pump with self-adjusting vanes, an eccentric
rotor and an integrated degassing system, allowing a constant flow rate without
pulsation, even in prolonged operations.
Depending on the model, the flow rate ranges from 80 to 110 litres per minute, thus
adapting to the supply requirements of complex facilities or centralised fleets.
The internal bypass system and the suction filter ensure additional
protection for the hydraulic circuit and a longer service life for the equipment.
From a construction standpoint, STE pump dispensers are designed with a main body
in aluminium and stainless steel, combined with a carbon steel head.
This combination ensures high resistance to corrosion, mechanical
impacts and demanding environmental conditions.
For regulated environments, versions with ATEX certification are available, complying with
European regulations for areas with potentially explosive atmospheres.
The integration of these pump dispensers with GK-7 or GK-7Plus controllers, and their
compatibility with DieselPlus software, enable advanced supply management,
including user identification, full traceability, litre presetting and
remote connection via RS-485 or GPRS, depending on the configuration.
Thanks to their modular design, mechanical reliability and ease of maintenance, the
STE range has become the ideal solution for critical applications where
strict consumption control, operational safety and continuity of service are required.
Their use is especially suitable in industrial fleets, maintenance centres, aviation
hangars or logistics depots that demand efficiency and traceability in every
delivery.
