Vane Pumps

Gespasa vane pumps: stable flow and professional performance in every transfer

The vane pumps developed by Gespasa provide a reliable, durable and highly efficient solution for the transfer or dispensing of fuels such as diesel, petrol and biodiesel. Based on the positive displacement principle using an eccentric rotor with self-adjusting vanes, these pumps ensure a constant flow rate, even when working conditions involve pressure variations or intensive use.

One of the major technical advantages of this technology is its ability to adapt automatically to internal wear without loss of performance, which significantly reduces maintenance requirements and extends the service life of the equipment. Thanks to this design, transfer is carried out without pulsation, which protects downstream components and allows more precise control of the transferred volume.

The range includes models designed for both fixed installations and for mobile or autonomous applications, covering a wide variety of use scenarios: from agricultural operations to transport fleets, including workshops, private service stations or temporary refuelling points.

The IRON 50 model is a compact self-priming pump, ideal for fixed transfer systems, standing out for its mechanical reliability and ease of integration. The AG 90 and AG 100 models offer higher flow capacity and electrical versatility, making them suitable for more demanding applications where speed and consistent operation are required.

On the other hand, the DIESEL BATTERY KIT represents the portable option in the range, with a pump that can be connected to a 12 V or 24 V battery, together with hoses, a filter and a nozzle. This kit has been designed for quick interventions in the field, machinery on site or vehicles without access to mains power.

All the pumps in this family share a robust construction, manufactured from fuel-resistant materials and materials resistant to mechanical wear, ensuring long service life even under adverse conditions. In addition, their compatibility with volumetric meters, line filters, safety valves and Gespasa control systems makes it possible to build complete configurations tailored to every professional requirement.

The ease of installation, low energy consumption and operational reliability make Gespasa vane pumps a benchmark in the technical fuel transfer market. Adaptable, precise and durable, these pumps offer an ideal balance between simple technology and consistent performance.

IRON 50 Vane Pump

The IRON 50 is a self-priming electric vane pump designed specifically for the efficient transfer of diesel in mobile and fixed applications. AG-90 Vane Pump

The AG-90 is a self-priming electric pump with self-adjusting vanes, developed specifically for mobile applications where a high diesel transfer flow rate is required>. Its pumping capacity, ranging between 70 and 80 litres per minute, makes it a robust, efficient and compact solution for direct refuelling from mobile tanks, lorries, tankers or agricultural machinery in the field.

The AG-90 model is available in 12 V and 24 V direct current versions, allowing direct connection to batteries in vehicles or autonomous dispensing systems. Its design incorporates a 0.37 kW electric motor, with built-in thermal protection, enabling safe starting and continuous operation without risk of overheating in intensive working cycles.

From a construction perspective, the pump features a reinforced metal structure, treated against corrosion and designed to withstand vibration, impacts and adverse conditions typical of agricultural, industrial or logistics environments. The pump body houses a recirculation bypass system, which acts as an internal safety valve to protect the system in the event of overpressure.

Its main technical features include:
Maximum flow rate: up to 80 l/min (under optimum conditions).
Extended-duty operation. The AG-90 can be used continuously for several hours.
Self-priming up to 2.5 m; maximum delivery head approx.: 25–30 m.
1” BSP threaded inlet/outlet connections.
Compact design, light weight, easy to install in frames or cabinets.
Optional: versions integrated into COMPACT dispensing kits, with meter, hose and nozzle.

The AG-90 is one of the most widely used pumps in Gespasa mobile configurations, such as:
Vehicle transfer kits: mounted inside vans, pick-ups or trailers.
Transportable tanks for the autonomous refuelling of machinery on site or in the field.
Technical service equipment that needs to carry out occasional refuelling without mains power.

Thanks to its well-balanced design in terms of power, consumption and durability, the AG-90 offers an excellent price-performance ratio for professionals seeking a reliable, long-service-life solution. It requires minimal maintenance, and all components are easily accessible for inspection or replacement, with original Gespasa spare parts readily available.

DIESEL BATTERY KIT

The DIESEL BATTERY KIT from Gespasa represents a portable, autonomous and robust solution for diesel transfer in conditions where no electrical connection is available. Designed to offer maximum mobility and operational reliability, this system is especially suitable for field applications, maintenance operations, machinery refuelling or emergency situations.

At the heart of the kit is the IRON-50 pump, a self-priming unit with self-adjusting vanes powered directly by a 12 or 24 volt battery. Thanks to this configuration, the equipment allows transfer operations with a continuous and stable flow rate, maintaining a smooth working pace even in demanding environments. The positive displacement technology used in the pump guarantees a pulsation-free transfer, which results in greater precision, safety and less wear on the system.

The design of the DIESEL BATTERY KIT has been carefully developed for intensive use and easy transport. All its components, from the pump to the hose, the dispensing nozzle and the wiring with clamps, are integrated into a compact and ergonomic assembly that can be quickly installed in vehicles, mobile tanks or service trailers. Its robust structure and anti-corrosion treatment allow it to work in variable weather conditions, with complete confidence in the durability of the materials.

One of the main advantages of this kit is its ability to operate completely autonomously. It requires no electrical installation or mains connection. Simply connect the pump to a 12 or 24 V battery. The vehicle’s own battery is normally used, making it an essential tool for professionals in the agricultural sector, industrial maintenance companies, building contractors or transport fleets that need to carry out refuelling away from fixed installations. In addition, its minimal maintenance makes it ideal for quick and repeated interventions without interruptions or technical complications.

The DIESEL BATTERY KIT from Gespasa embodies the brand philosophy: providing practical, safe solutions adapted to the professional’s real needs. Its mechanical reliability, together with the quality guarantee of a brand with decades of experience in fluid transfer systems, positions it as a preferred option when mobility, performance and autonomy are required in a single solution.
